Business Development Manager (Building Services)

Our client are a leading Building Services contractor operating from a network of regional offices. With over 50 years experience in the industry, they have an excellent reputation and deliver projects from small works up to £15 million+ through a range of integrated services including M&E contracting, maintenance and environmental solutions.
They are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager for the London and South East region to co-ordinate all sales activity across their business units. The preferred candidate will be a strong business generator with a proven track record across the M&E market place, together with a solid network of clients and contacts particularly in the Southern region. A technical understanding of building services engineering would also be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a well established and growing business.
