This fantastic opportunity is for a true sales professional within the CCTV space to set up a new sales team based in the south east. The role will see you initially hitting the ground running and proving to the employer that you can deliver strong sales. We are looking for CCTV superstars who are achieving a minimum of 1,000,000 in revenue a year. If you are not achieving this please don't apply as you will not be successful. The mid to long term view of this role is to hire a team underneath yourself that you can manage and lead to new heights.
The company is a well established electronic security company that is now looking to push into the south east and is looking for an outstanding sales person to head this up. The company provides a fantastic back end service and the latest software programmes with multiple USPS for their clients. The company rewards those that are successful and for the right person a part equity option will be in the table.
The successful candidate needs to be one of the best CCTV-access control sales people in the south east. Its that simple! This opportunity is for those that are at the top of their game in their current position. You will have over 3 years of proven sales performance and results. We are looking for someone who has strong management potential, someone that can lead from the front and inspire the team to outstanding results.
The successful candidate will be supplied a basic salary of £60,000. You will have huge earning potential based on a very aggressive and transparent commission scheme. You will also have the huge earning potential of receiving over rides off your teams sales.
