Clear growth plans laid out by the company mean expectations and goals are clear from your very first day. Training is provided and is also ongoing. With leads generated by an internal telesales team, you will be charged with the responsibility of identifying and developing relationships with a portfolio of strategic prospects, with high volume potential, from all relevant market sectors, you will also have to structure appropriate, compelling, mainly bespoke trade receivable solutions in order to secure the business and ensure profit expectations are met, you will also be managing all the sale negotiations including business modelling, tender response management and face to face internal and external negotiation.
Due to company growth there are currently positions for Strategic Business Development Managers across the UK although ideally you will have to travel to an office in Liverpool twice a week. They are looking for a talented sales professional who is experienced in the credit management services industry, you will have to be very educated and exceptionally well presented, as well as being a true hunter in this market sector.
Remuneration is in the way of a base salary of £60K with a fantastic commission structure which is completely uncapped where an OTE of £120K is fully achievable, you will also get a company car, mobile phone, laptop, holiday and pension.
