The role is for a new business development manager to focus on the south east region. You will be selling the companies credit and factoring products into SME companies. Those companies with a turnover of between £500K and £15 Million. You will handle the full sales cycle however you will be supplied a steady flow of qualified leads.
The company provides a wide range of credit and factoring products into the SME market place. The company allows companies to better manage their cash flow and has effectively helped hundreds of companies during the credit crunch. The company has a high staff retention rate and provides on going training for their team. The company is very ambitious and has huge plans for the new year and are now looking for a new team member to join in the growth.
The successful candidate will come from a factoring background. You will have a minimum of 2 years of selling factoring financial services into the SME market place with a high level of success. You will be a well polished individual who is an effective communicator. You will be a highly motivated individual who is driven by success and results.
The candidate who joins the team will be paid a basic of between £40K and £60K depending on your experience. Your earning potential in this role is fantastic with a realistic OTE of £80K. Your earning potential is only limited to your hard work and motivations. A company car or allowance depending on your situation will be supplied as well as all other tools of the trade to enable you to be successful.
