The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will charged with developing new business and managing accounts, selling HR Consulting/Learning & Development/Performance Development/Talent Management/Psychometric Testing/Soft Skills Training into HR departments at blue chip and corporate companies for an innovative, multi-awarding winning specialist company. You will be responsible for handling the full sales cycle, self-generating new leads, cold calling, booking and meeting appointments and closing deals face to face and then managing the accounts.
The Candidate
The successful candidate for this Business Development Manager position will have previous experience and a proven and successful track record in business development sales into HR departments of Enterprise accounts (blue chip and corporate clients). A psychology degree would be an added bonus. You will be self-motivated, hungry for success and target-driven, with the tenacity required to succeed in a challenging, but highly rewarding, environment.
The Package
For this Business Development Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £50,000 and £60,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £85,000. Additional benefits include pension, car, laptop and phone.
