Insurance (Affinity Partners) – UK Business Development Manager
We are one of the UK's largest motor insurers and we have been providing insurance products for more than 60 years. We offer a diverse range of products, including private car, classic car, van, motorcycle, taxi, minibus, fleet, haulage, agricultural vehicle, motor breakdown, household and personal accident. We operate through affinity partners, driving leading brands in their markets and administering transferred existing businesses from UK brokers, supported through UK call centres.
Currently we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager. The role will be home based but with frequent travel throughout the UK and you will be expected to recruit new Affinity Partners such as Banks & Building Societies, Motor Manufacturers, Charities and Utilities companies.
The role is focused on new business and the candidate needs to be self-motivated and pro-active in terms of adding new contacts to an existing base and establishing an ongoing dialogue with relevant companies.
We are looking for an individual who is looking for a challenge, not afraid of hard work, approachable, can work within a team or be self-sufficient, is forward thinking and not afraid to be heard. Sales motivated with a high degree of personal ambition, integrity, and enthusiasm.
In return we can offer you a basic salary of around £60,000 with a performance related bonus scheme, company car, excellent benefits package, fantastic working environment working within a friendly team of highly motivated individuals and an opportunity to make a real difference.
