Business Development Manager

Our client, an expanding and successful POS business has an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Business Sales Manager to join their established team.
Potential candidates will have proven senior sales experience within a similar company, or retail design agency.

It is essential for candidates to have a good comprehension of the design function within the retail display market, and have an empathy with manufacturing. They must be able to competently handle personnel issues and motivate the team of direct reports.

Candidates will need to have access to existing contacts within end clients or influencers, such as design agencies.

Candidates will have a strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial flair, plus the ability to grow a profitable business. They should be ‘hands on’ managers and be involved in all aspects of the sales and delivery process from design, prototyping, production and project delivery.
