Business Development Manager

A leading Facilities Management Contractor require a Business Development Manager to manage the new business lifecycle; including the development and progression of business opportunities.

Since their birth in 2000, this company have grown Turnover to in excess of 350 Million and are now operating world wide forging a name for delivery of product time after time. They have gained a plethora of awards along the way and are now sole supplier for some very prestigious accounts across Europe.

In this key position you will have an active role in the senior management team as well as generating and implementing sales leads and new business opportunities.

You will negotiate new contracts, including the drafting of tender and contract documentation and act as client support, creating and managing the client relationship at commercial level while ensuring methods and procedures are service enhancing. You will also attend tender submission interviews and prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

This role demands a background that covers the Mechanical and Electrical discipline due to the nature of the work and the ability to demonstrate a team ethos is also needed.
