Rullion Engineering Personnel is working with this exciting international design & project management consultancy as they look to grow rapidly over the next 3 years. As Business Development Manager, you will lead an operational division (owning the P&L) with core measures primarily focused on profitable growth. Ultimately success in this role will depend on your ability to sell effective engineering solutions within the nuclear sector; as such a proven track record in the nuclear sector is essential. Included in your toolkit is business development, project management, man management and mechanical design experience. As business manager you are accountable for the profit of your team, and this therefore offers an excellent opportunity to join an operational board.
