This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial individual to manage the business development of a range of high specification, engineering products and services through multiple channels to a wide range of customers. Our client is a highly regarded international business with strong growth plans which manufactures and markets high pressure equipment and offers exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the European Sales Manager, the appointee will drive strategic growth, develop new market relationships and enhance existing commercial activity to deliver significant sales and margin growth. With both Area and Site responsibility; an understanding of engineering is a pre-requisite and knowledge of Oil; Gas and Energy operations will be advantageous. Strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse customer base will all be key to the success of this role.
Candidates will be technically adept, possess strong commercial and analytical skills, IT literate, comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level and have a passion for business. The drive and tenacity to deliver strong results, teamwork and the ability to deliver presentations, listen and influence are all key competencies for this role. Candidates will offer a proven record of achievement and delivery, be seeking real business responsibility and to continue their career development.
