Business Development Manager

A leading contractor within the affordable housing sector is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their office in the Bristol area.
The role is permanent and you will be responsible for enhancing the company reputation, self creating leads, relationship building, establishing key contacts and obtaining detailed market information throughout the South West.
Projects will be within the Construction and Interiors markets, encompassing New Build, Refurbishment and Fit Out, varying from £1m to £20m in value.
The ideal candidate will need to have an in depth understanding of the construction and interiors market, ability to think outside the box, an understanding of the key stakeholders within the market place, exceptional communication skills, a proven ability in lead generation and a good commercial acumen.
