About the role:
- Responsible for developing new business opportunities with the help of the sales team.
- Main focus will be to develop a pipeline of new customers in order to increase sales opportunities whilst also helping to manage existing customers.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective customers.
- Contract negotiation and management of customer expectations.
- Present sales pipeline and target reports to customer expectations.
- Create and deliver key account plans and a relationship management strategy.
- As a Business Development manager, you will evaluate market research, sectors, trends and developments to identify new market opportunities.

Experience:
- Previous experience working in the IT sales sector with a strong understanding of the IT security industry is essential.
- Experience preparing business solution proposals and presentations to senior executives.
- Ability to collaborate across the partnership platform in order to build relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to understand and interact with our customers, whilst providing excellent customer service on both a technical and non-technical level.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise work accordingly.
- Strong negotiation skills.
