Business Development Manager - Retail e-commerce

A senior business development manager with aspirations to become a business development director is required for a successful and rapidly expanding company in the retail product recommendations space.
Having dominated the fashion sector in the UK we are expanding into other countries and other retail sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, and will be the lead sales person for the UK market with the opportunity to build a team as the company expands.
The right candidate will have a good grounding in online marketing in the retail sector and be able to talk to potential clients about analytics, conversions, online merchandising, and e-commerce generally.
The role requires a real self-starter able to work on their own who has a flair for turning cold contacts into clients.
Candidate Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of retail e-commerce and online marketing
Proven track record of new business generation
Face-to-face presentation skills
Ability to write persuasive proposals
