Business Development Manager - Sales Training - £50K
This exciting new role will be based out of the new state of the art facilities in central London. The role is part internal sales and part field based. You will be responsible for driving the sales of the companies training products into both the corporate and sme markets. You will inherit an existing client base that you will up-sell new products to and generate increased revenue from this base. You will also be excited at the chance to bring on board new corporate clients. The long term vision of this role is for the successful candidate to take over and manager a SME department as the company feels there is huge potential in this sector.
The company is a relatively new comer to the market being established 5 years ago. However in that time the company has brought on a huge amount of new accounts and has a strong relationship with these clients. The company has a strong passion for the courses it offers and all staff must share that same passion for sales and performance. The company provides the best training for its staff keeping its team at the fore front of professionalism. The company is very ambitious and is looking for like minded team members to join them.
The successful candidate will come from a sales training background or similar corporate training background. You must have a track record of success and will have a good understanding of selling into both corporate and SME clients. You will be an outstanding communicator who portrays integrity from the outset. You will be a polished, honest and motivated individual who is looking to make an impact with the company they work for. You will love the psychology of sales and are eager to improve companies performance through educating their team.
The candidate who joins the team will be paid a basic reflecting your experience and potential. A minimum guide would be £50,000 on the basic as the company is looking to attract the best talent in the market place. The on target earnings for this role are tremendous and only limited by your own desire and motivation. The average of the current teams earning's are £90K plus. You will be supplied all the tools to be successful that can include a car or an allowance, whichever is more suitable to your current situation.
