This company has been established within the Heat Exchange industry for a number of years and is looking to bring on a Business Development Manager to their ambitious and growing sales team.

Job Role
Within the role as Business Development Manager you will be working to provide a number of Heat Exchange solutions within the power and petrochemical industries. Your main responsibilities will be to source, contact and build relationships with potential clients in order to help develop their already impressive portfolio. You will be targeting key decision makers with the view to understanding the individual needs of each client in order to create lasting business relationships.

The Candidate
For this role you must be driven, self-motivated and have a background within mechanical engineering, ideally you will have experience working within the power industry. You will be working with key decision makers with very technical backgrounds and so as such you must be able to present to high level individuals and be comfortable when handling any concerns that may arise with regard to the agreed contract.

The Package
Upon starting the role as Business Development manager you will be offered a basic salary of between £50,000 and £65,000 depending on your experience within the industry. Additionally there is a bonus scheme in place for when you achieve the realistic targets that are set for you.
