Business Development/Operations Manager
Middlesex - South East
One of the UK's leading service providers is looking for a proactive and well connected Business Development Manager with extensive Social Housing and Local Authority experience. With strong management skills you will ideally have experience on the Operations side.
Focusing on quality and customers service, this highly regarded contractor works with both the private and public sector
Reporting to the Managing Director you will use your extensive network of contacts (Local Authority, Social Housing, Decent Homes & Facilities Management] to build a new department in the South East. With a proven history of successfully managing bids and winning tenders you will progress the Social Housing side of the business. This role offers excellent prospects and progression to the successful candidate. Once the department is established there is scope to head up the entire department in an Operations Manager capacity.
With proven and successful business development experience with the above sectors you will have strong client facing and sales skills. Well known within the Decent Homes/Social Housing sectors you will have proven management skills and a superb business acumen. Proactive and entrepreneurial you will be well versed in start ups such as this. While qualifications on the Build side are highly desirable, experience is considered essential.
