Business Group Manager

This leading blue chip FMCG business has worldwide instantly recognisable brands. Enjoying strong growth and recognised for internal promotion. They are now recruiting for a Business Group Manager to lead a team of Senior National Account Managers and National Account Managers on their leading brands across some of the major customers and high street retail accounts.

The role reports directly into the Sales Director. The right person will have evidence of good progression on your CV. You must be from an FMCG background and have strong sales experience, ideally you will have man management skills.
You must be analytical and be able to think outside the box. You will be ambitious, confident and a strong team player.

Strong presentation skills are a must. Joint business planning and a strategic and commercial attitude. Must be able to think outside the box and hit the ground running.
Family close knit feel to the company but a very entrepreneurial role requiring a trusted individual to lead this strong team and continue the success of the brands in the accounts
