Business Intelligence Manager

My client is well established and respected organisation within the hospitality industry and is now looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to manage the lead generation strategy.As the Business Intelligence Manager you will work closely with the Sales Directors to understand their specific business development priorities. You will help develop a sound telesales and BI strategy to support achieving their UK Sales targets / KPIs. Reporting on your teams activity, opportunities & achievements as well as allocating resources to each of the business sectors.Working centrally across all sectors of the business you will create and support direct mail & telemarketing campaigns and use the existing CRM system to pro-actively develop business from new and existing customers alike.It is likely that you already work within the service industry and have an understanding of the sales process, managing marketing campaigns and business development. You have an eye for detail and are able to analyse data efficiently as well as having a tenacious and inquisitive style, not one to sit and wait to be told what to do next you should have a desire to seek out and capitalise on new opportunities.
