Business Performance Analyst

One of the UK's leading electronic systems engineering companies is seeking to undertake a fundamental new approach to it's day to day business activities and apply new methods to managing their performance.
This has lead to the creation of a new vacancy for a Business Performance Analyst.

Primary Purpose of the Role:
+ To collate, review, analyse and publish information on operational performance through;
+ Business Plan(s)
+ Key Performance Indicators
+ Operational performance

+ To be responsible for the development of people, tools and processes required to achieve the above to a benchmark standard.
+ Format, publish and update information on the performance of the business against its in year business plan.
+ Establish an information repository for operational data.

The Business Performance Analyst is a new post and is intended to be a major contributor to support delivery of business delivery; the jobholder will have to typically interact with:
+ The Operations and Programme Managers, Heads of Finance Executive Teams, Heads of Programme Management, Heads of Engineering, Heads of Operations & Heads of Quality.

Education & Qualifications:
+ A higher education qualification in Finance, Business Studies or Engineering related subject
+ Significant experience of Business Analysis
+ Background in IS, planning and forecasting and KPI delivery
