Business Planning Manager

FINTEC Recruit is seeking a Business Planning Manager. Our client is an international engineering support organisation working in marine, oil and gas, nuclear, rail, defence and renewable sectors.

The Business Planning Manager is a full time permanent position and will be based in Fife.

Responsibilities

This is a Senior role, newly created to support the businesses strategic direction, recent reorganisation and acquisition. The role comes with a high degree of autonomy and will present a variety of business challenges. The Business Planning Managers responsibilities will include:

? Develop, establish and maintain strategy and policy and best practice
? Engage with Sales to ensure that pipeline output flows up into the business
? Balancing resource / load requirements across the business
? Engagement with HR to ensure resource supply matches demand
? Engagement with Engineering Director on capability requirements
? Developing and maintaining appropriate reporting to the business
? Administer Primavera across the business
? Analyse data produced from Primavera
? Develop and manage appropriate primavera links with corporate systems

Qualifications and Experience

? Experience in developing a Sales and Operations Planning function
? Experience working at a similar level
? People management experience
? Primavera knowledge
? Project Management experience could be beneficial
? Excellent presentation and communication skills

? Candidates must be able to pass MOD security clearance
