Business Transformation and Change: Executive consultant
This world renowned consultancy is looking for exceptional executive level consultants with a strong profile in business transformation and change, with responsibilities of account development, day to day client relationship management and significant sales and business development.
The role sits within the Strategy and Transformation practice, and their work is central to translating a company's vision and strategy into reality via an implementable transformation programme design, and target business operating model.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the rationale for action and organisational design, mapping the transformation journey and designing successful programmes and ensure sustainable business change and realisation of benefits.
Successful candidates will be required to possess subject matter expertise in one or more of the following transformation and change tools and techniques:
• Enterprise Operating Model
• Enterprise process Design
• Organisation Design
• Transformation Plan and Governance
• Culture Change
• Performance Management
• Business Change
Have good academics, and a strong strategic and analytical profile derived from a successful track record of project delivery, and either internal or external consulting within blue chip organisations or a large consultancy/strategy boutique respectively.
More senior candidates will be expected to have experience of business development and sales.
As typical of consulting engagements full mobility is required, however our client does express a concern for work/life balance.
