Business Transformation Director

Key role leading business transformation and change programmes, selling and delivering £10m+ solutions at Board level.
Our client is a leading Consulting and IT services group, which has enjoyed considerable and sustained growth despite the economic climate and is recognised as a leader in its field and held in high regard by its peers. They have for a number of years been very much The Employer of Choice in their field. Within their fully integrated offering Business Transformation and related high value consulting capabilities make a key contribution and have a very high profile.
As a result our client seeks an experienced Business Transformation Director to support the revenue growth agenda by taking responsibility for ownership of major programmes in one or more sectors with a clear emphasis on taking the business vision of the client, shaping the solution, leading the business change team and working with Programme and Solution Directors to define and deliver the result.
To be considered for this exceptional opening with this first class company you must have the following profile:
• Considerable experience designing and delivering major (£10m+), complex change and transformation programmes
• Experience across “people, process and technology” and full capability across the business transformation life cycle from strategy/operating model to benefits realisation
• Will have been employed in a highly regarded consulting firm, or in a senior business facing role in a leading IT services player
• Wholly mobile to work at client site across UK
