With a healthy market share of the Facilities Maintenance market, they have had a record year with achievements such as a Turnover of £150 Million and a Customer Retention of 97%.
With a prestigious client base, composing of The Tower of London, CITI Bank, South Bank Centre and BP amongst others, they have forged a reputation of quality. These clients have spent many years looking for an organisation that can offer not only focus on the delivery of product but maintain exceptional service levels time after time.
With a current requirement for a Business Unit Manager, a strong leader is needed to guide the day to day running of the business to achieve its goals.
The role incorporates both the management and development of staff, (operational, sales, admin and management), the continual development of this elite customer base and full empowerment for your region.
This role will also require you to anticipate economic, technological and market trends, producing full monthly reports to the Executive Team including full P&L, formulating plans for marketing, sales, manpower, capital and expense requirements
Other duties within this role include you focusing on ensuring excellent service levels are maintained at all times as well as representing your business at corporate functions and internal events.
This role demands previous exposure to the M&E discipline and an MBA would be preferred do to your succession planning being mapped out for Managing Director of an entire Business Unit.
