Business Unit Manager
Oxfordshire - South East
Our client, an award winning Marketing Services organisation, is looking for a self-motivated and flexible Business Unit Manager to contribute to the development and vision of the Business Unit Strategy.
With solid commercial experience gained in marketing services, and /or a sales environment, you will have proven operational and client servicing team management and experience of developing relationships with Blue-Chip clients. As well as having excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills, you will have a sound understanding of clients’ businesses and marketing tools, and will demonstrate sound commercial and financial awareness. You will also need the highest level of personal presentation, including advanced presentation skills and experience of commercial negotiations.
The ideal candidate will show the ability to contribute to the establishment and communication of a compelling, customer focused strategic vision for the business unit and cross-functional teams, and will have the determination to grow both the role and the business unit. Client-facing call centre experience would be a huge advantage.
