Capital & Impairment Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a leading international bank

A role has become available for a suitably qualified Senior Manager to lead the Loans Finance Capital and Impairment team. Key duties will include:

 to lead the development of robust impairment and capital forecasts, track performance against plan, and identify insightful analysis that informs future actions.
 to proactively develop and evaluate options to improve capital management performance in line with risk appetite.
 to ensure robust commercial measures of impairment are developed and maintained for use in decision making.
 to ensure capital management and reporting requirements are fully embedded and delivered.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience of building and leading teams. You will additionally need to have a solid understanding of Capital Management within a banking environment.
