Capture Manager

Capture Manager required by a leading Defence organisation based in Hampshire. The Capture Manager will be responsible for the following:

•Work with Business Development and Commercial to identify and agree the schedule for major bids
•Plan major bids and identify / secure key resources
•Manage the preparation of Bids, Proposals, Quotations, PQQs and Expressions of Interest and their presentation to senior management
•Work with Finance and Commercial to ensure that costs and prices are captured in an approved and traceable way; develop costing and pricing models to assist
•Work with Business Development and Commercial to agree the sub-contracting strategy for each major bid
•Monitor and report all Bid/Proposal/Quotation activity
•Monitor and report the direct (Engineering) spend on all BD initiated activities
•Take responsibility for the company's Business Development Quality Manual and the associated processes
•Assist with the development and implementation of Business and Sales Plans, as required.

You will ideally have a CBRN background and experience.

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to sole British Citizens. Applicants who meet this criterion will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level
