Care Operations Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Operations Director to work within a progressive and expanding care company within the south east area.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all the care operations side of the business ensuring that Operations Manager's and Care Manager's are fully compliant with the Care Standards Act and CQC regulations. In addition you will take responsibility for the recruitment of management staff within the company whilst ensuring that clinical standards are maintained throughout the homes the company own and operate.

As the Care Operations Director it will be your role to ensure quality care delivery, set up policies and procedures for homes as well as identifying new opportunities for growth within the care sector. Knowledge of commissioning new homes is essential.

The client is looking to offer a salary of £65,000 with additional benefits including 6 weeks holiday and car allowance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a previous care background who is looking to further progress their career at Director level. Ideally you will be working in a similar role and will have previous knowledge of working within the care sector, being fully up to date with new legislation and current regulatory requirements.
