You will be responsible for the following:
Provide the buying team with leadership and direction through engagement & motivation.
Lead the supplier & buying strategy optimising profitability whilst providing a compelling range for customers
Monitor and measure performance, identifying new opportunities to improve gross margin and improved ways of working.
You will be working at Buying Manager / Senior Buyer level at another large retail with a track record of success in managing teams and large turnovers.
