A strategic business insights and planning consultancy based in Central London and looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead Business or Operational Change Management projects.
About the Client
Our client is a business consulting organisation sitting within a larger Integrated Marketing agency. The business supports clients in the development and execution of their strategic planning process. As the Project Manager of Change Management programmes you will be key in working with the client to ensure the plans can be realised.
About the Role
· Taking the strategy developed by the strategy practice and making it a reality within a client environment.
· This will involve working closely with the client, their internal teams (typically finance, operations, IT and marketing).
· Stakeholder management, expectation management, keeping the diverse team on track, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, presenting to senior client audiences, business case development, budget control, project plan development and management will all be vital components of the role.
What We’re Looking For
At present you will be a project manager within a management consultancy or client side. You will be familiar with the IT environment but not necessarily technical and hands on with these systems. You will presently be managing business or operational change projects and now looking to take your experience into an entrepreneurial environment offering exposure to new creative learnings and a great teamwork ethic.
