CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (LR8)

Key responsibilities
· Identifying business opportunities through leveraging knowledge of business sectors and markets
· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues,
· Management of own time and deliverables and the production of high quality output that is innovative and meets the customer expectations
· Helping businesses to develop clear Strategies, Visions, Operating Models and Capability needs
· Assisting in the organisational impact assessment of new organisational structures, processes and ways of working implementation
· Developing change management plans and all of the associated stakeholder management and business integration tools
· Designing and deploying communication plans and writing effective communication materials
· Process analysis and process improvement skills
· Developing stakeholder impact assessments
· Developing training strategies, gap analysis and training delivery plans
· The ability to manage projects using standard project management tools.
· The developing of Business Cases for customers including building benefits management & delivery strategies
· To be committed to self development and to manage own development targets & activities
Experience & Qualifications
· Knowledge and experience of managing and contributing to large change programmes.
· High levels of experience of the successful design, development & deployment of Communications, Stakeholder Management and Training plans
· Good knowledge of a range of business change tools & methods
· Flexibility of working location and travel demands
· Preferably process development or LEAN or similar qualification
· Minimum of 5 years of business transformation and project management experience
· Minimum of 2 years of business consulting experience
· Change Management or Project Management accreditation
· Degree level qualification

Industry Knowledge
Experience of delivery in a selection of the following industries would be advantageous:
Central & Local government : Transport : Defence :Airports & Airlines: Aerospace: Oil & Gas: Utilities
