This is an exceptional role ideally suited to an individual wishing to make a step-change in their level of responsibility and career trajectory.
Working for one of the largest firms in the UK with the complexities of dealing with millions of customers, you will be the right hand person for the Head of Process within the IS group. The manager of this team is a creative, high paced, challenging and innovative professional and they are looking for someone who can make things happen. The role will involve co-ordinating and managing multiple change programmes across business functions with the ambition of moving the organisation to a total customer centric operating model.
The role will suit someone who has spent the early part of their career in a major consulting firm or within a very high quality large end-user organisation. The ideal candidate will have a combination of business/IT change and programme management experience with the energy and personal skills to influence and lead change deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for major programmes on behalf of Head of Process.
• Delivery of Business Transformation review actions on time and to definition ensuring alignment to the overall strategy.
• Ownership and coordination of the end to end reviews
• Coordination of planning for Business Transformation activities
• Chairing meetings and deputise for Head of Process when needed
Key Skills and Experience:
• Passionate, Analytical / numeric, Pragmatic, Customer focused, Results and delivery focussed with attention to detail.
• Great strength of character with the credibility and judgement to push back at any level and getting stakeholders to deliver against actions.
• Well organised and able to organise others.
• Engaging and inspiring.
• Understanding of customer processes ideally with exposure to large scale customer environments such as telecoms, finance, utilities or retail.
• Previous exposure to large-scale complex IS environments
• High intellectual horsepower with great career development potential!
You must be a UK / EU National or already be resident in the UK and have a current Work Permit.
