Channel Sales Manager
The role
• To identify and develop profitable new channel third party relationships (PSPs, Software Vendors, Integrators, User Communities and the like) to sell the payment suite into new markets and channels
• Manage prospective relationships from initial contact through to contract signing and onward sale of the payment suite via 3rd party sales channels.
• Effectively manage the ongoing relationships with 3rd parties to ensure that all opportunities are exploited; accounts are retained and revenue grown.
• Understand, scope and manage, through to delivery, the launch of new accounts won by working closely with integrations, business development and the merchant.
• Identify and agree suitable marketing initiatives to help drive sales through the partner channel.
• Manage both client and internal stakeholders to ensure that robust and deliverable plans are developed and implemented.
• To understand the technical & regulatory aspects of financial merchant service delivery requirements, ensuring the implementation of all tasks.
• To drive revenue from third party customers through proactive targeting and engagement.
• To manage the interface between the merchant, sales and integrations for new account launches.
• Provide feedback on product development areas, customer needs, Marketing and PR opportunities
• To identify key areas of improvement throughout the implementation process and proactively drive positive change.

• Strong organisational skills
• Experience of dealing with and negotiating at board level
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience of channel/Third party sales
• Experience of the payments industry desirable
• Tenacity and strength of character
Home based with regular travel, circa 50%, within the UK and Europe
Package to £50k basic + high OTE + benefits
