The position of Chief Executive requires a strong intellect, with proven leadership in front line operations within the service sector with the credibility to operate effectively at all levels. The role requires an instinctive and effective operator, with excellent financial judgement and proven sales and marketing ability.

You will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach and have proven success of defining business strategy focused on growth, as well as the hands on, day to day running of a customer service operation.

You will have drive and vision, the ability to identify commercial opportunities with clear attention to detail and the ability to coach all levels to deliver operational efficiency and service excellence to increase revenue.
