Client Director (£140k OTE) – Change Management

Can you demonstrate a successful and highly successful educational background that has been carried on through to your professional life? If so and you have experience of working in a client facing capacity then look no further as this could be your dream job.
You will be responsible for business development selling a diverse range of change management and training solutions to a target client base. This will be through a combination of new business generation and also dealing with a select number of existing customers dealing with C level and senior stakeholders within the business in order to ensure you are delivering best of bread solutions to enable them to meet their business drivers.
This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding firm where all members of staff are involved in the strategy of the business to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction. You will need to be able to demonstrate a very high level of intellect which a solid educational background ideally to MBA level from a top university. You will also have ideally joined a graduate training programme after university and gone through a formal training before moving in to a sales / client facing role.
Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £70-£100k base, with an ote of £120-£150k which is from a combination of individual commission and team bonus contributory pension up to 9%, health and 25 days holiday,. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are offered with a company that recognises the input of all members of the team.
