My Client is a Public Listed provider of Talent Management Solutions. Their mission is to help organisations Identify, attract and retain Talent. Service offerings include: Executive Coaching, Training, Leadership Development and Assessment.
They are looking to add a high calibre Business Development Director based in the London to target high value opportunities within organisations from within the FTSE 250.
Reporting to the CEO you will work with the new business and account management teams to identify high value leads and opportunities from within the FTSE 250. You will manage the sales process from initial meeting to close working with the backing of a solutions architect team consisting of experts and leaders in the L & D space who will work with you on creating bespoke solutions tailored to your clients needs.
The successful candidate will have experience at selling HR solutions at board level into FTSE 250 Organisations. You will have a stable career background and will be able to demonstrate success at selling high value solutions. Culture fit is key and a positive proactive approach is key to success in this role. A degree in Psychology or a related field would be advantageous.
