Currently we are looking for more great people to join the journey. To continue impressing our clients and maintain growth we need more superstars who can seek out new clients, deepen our relationships with existing ones and most importantly bring in that revenue.
What you'll be doing –
•Building new client portfolios as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships with leaders of organizational change and HR
•Partnering with line management and leaders to diagnose key business issues, assessing people related implications, demonstrating the case for change and accurately scoping learning opportunities
•Finding new opportunities by building strong networks at senior levels across client organizations
What you should have –
•8 years + sales experience
•Proven track record of selling big ticket (£100k+), complex solutions to FTSE 100 companies or equivalent
•Strong ability to analyze and understand business needs
•Outstanding skills in questioning, diagnosing and proposing successful recommendations to HR leaders or equivalent
•Passion, an entrepreneurial spirit and be a real self-starter
Salary
