Client Implementation Services Manager

A recognised Clearing House is currently looking for a Client Implementation Services Manager (Client ISM) to oversee all functions related to the client implementation effort, coordinating tasks both internally and externally.
The Client ISM represents participants using the company’s services in solving day to day operational, systems and communications problems with the businesses and acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for Implementation. The Client ISM is responsible for working directly with clients, with key support areas within the group and external vendors who may be integral to the establishment or set-up of services.

Experience:
• Strong customer service experience in the financial or professional services industry
• Proactive involvement in critical programme implementation involving multiple stakeholders
• Project management experience
• Strong knowledge of European securities industry, European clearing and settlements and the needs of the participants
• Familiar with clearing and settlement environments (people/process/systems) in participant firms
• Demonstrated success working cross locations (New York and London) as part of highly dynamic and motivated team
