About the Client
Our client is a magic circle law firm looking for a talented, proactive and experienced Client Relationship Manager to take responsibility for managing key relationships within the Banking sector.
About the Role
As Client Relationship Manager you will manage and drive forward relationships with key Banking clients.
Further responsibilities will include:
Work with the relationship Partners to map clients organisations and identify where there might be gaps
Develop an understanding of the clients' strategy, products and services
Conduct market and competitive analysis as well as monitoring client and market developments
Work with Partners to define measurable objectives for client relationships and help develop actions plans to achieve these objectives
Identify opportunities and areas of potential growth in clients
Seek client feedback on a regular basis for major transactions and implement recommendations
Assist with budget management for each Banking client
What We’re Looking For
Degree educated you will have excellent experience of client relationship management gained within a legal or professional services firm. Experience and/ or knowledge of the Banking sector would be an advantage.
You will be skilled in proactively driving relationships forward and have proven relationship building skills. You will have the confidence and gravitas to deal with senior partners and client contacts effectively.
You will have excellent influencing and communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience of working in an international business would be an advantage.
