About the Client
Our client is a leading international law firm with an excellent reputation.
About the Role
As Client Relationship Manager you will take responsibility for the key account management of up to 5 global key clients, with the aim of maximising billings and profitability in them.
Further responsibilities will include:
Research key clients and their industry sectors in order to understand issues and trends and how you can help them with these
Create a relationship map for each client and an account plan and drive the implementation of this
Identify business development priorities and opportunities and link to the firm's services
Manage bids in these accounts
Ensure client service requests are satisfied
Liaise with the wider team to ensure global projects and campaigns are focused on client needs and are used to develop key relationships effectively
Identify profitability issues should they arise and review spend vs. budget , addressing any issues that might arise
What We’re Looking For
You will have strong business development and/ or sales experience gained within professional services firms, ideally including international experience.
You will have proven influencing, communications and relationship building skills, including with senior level stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading change.
