Client Services Director/MD Designate

My client is a well respected and innovative full service medical communications agency based in West London. Most of their work is Global or European in nature and ranges from the more traditional med comms activities such as KOL development, slide sets, events and publications planning to the more creative web based patient engagement programmes designed to inform and educate patients, influencing choice of therapy or improving compliance in niche, high value therapy areas.
They are looking to find someone at the Client Service Director level to come on board with a view to progressing to the MD position in the short term.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience of delivering med comms solutions and will have a strong track record of developing new business in this sector. It would be an advantage if you have experience of working on patient focused programmes. Strong leadership skills are also key, as a major part of the role is to ensure you succeed in keeping the team fully motivated and working together to deliver quality solutions to your clients.
Salary is likely to be in the £80k to £90k range for the successful candidate. First interviews will be scheduled for the first half of November.
