Client Side Asset Manager - £80k package

The Role:

To identify and realise opportunities to improve rental and capital values through physical enhancements, lease restructure, acquisitions and disposals and repeat business from proactive customer management.


To liaise with leasing, development and other internal and external teams to ensure that all potential asset enhancement opportunities are exploited.


To negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals with customers or their appointed agents.


To proactively build successful customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction across ‘the customer base’ and play an active role in customer Working Groups and Business Clubs.


To oversee all landlord and tenant issues including: alterations, assignments and sub-lettings, the co-ordination of dilapidations and debt collection.


To undertake annual portfolio performance measurement and develop asset by asset business plans


To assist in the twice yearly valuation of the allocated portfolio.


To undertake due diligence on prospective acquisitions and approved asset disposals as directed.


To co-ordinate and execute the refurbishment of developments as required.




What we’re looking for:

Experience of commercial property and asset management activities
Good market knowledge and experience of business space
Member of RICS
Knowledge of the industrial property sector
Experience of using Circle Investor
