We have been retained by a post, early-stage Fintech firm in Edinburgh to recruit a Client Solutions Manager to join a highly motivated and client-success focused team.

The hiring firm provide UK licensed lenders with a smart way to better qualify leads and applications for services, as well as providing their clients with powerful, real-time financial data and intel, offering value-added analytics and insights.

Our client has a healthy client base with a mix of traditional, alternative, and sub-prime lenders. The client base is growing and as such this has given rise to a new opportunity for a solutions and delivery manager.

The incoming Solutions Manager will work closely with the firm’s business development team, technical specialists and senior management to design, build and deliver solutions to on-board new clients to the firm’s platform,and ensure client stakeholders are trained in the use of the platform to maximise their investment.

To be a candidate, you will have experience of working with lenders, demonstrate an understanding of relevant credit regulations (e.g. AML, KYC, fraud flags) and critical concerns to those clients. You will be able to show where you have delivered solutions to lenders as part of ‘customer success’ journeys.

The role is varied and will work across PreSales, solution design / architecture, on-boarding and customer success. You will have a functional over-view of lending, credit and financial data platforms and be able to translate client needs into actionable terms for the firm’s technical team.

It is most likely the successful hire will come from a financial data vendor, credit agency, Fintech provider or credit risk consultancy. We can also consider applications from candidates who work in lending and have experience of working with lending platforms and decision-making tools.
