Clinical Coder

CLINICAL CODER - PERMANENT POSITION

CBSbutler are pleased to offer this position within a busy Hospital Trust based in South Yorkshire who require a permanent Clinical Coder.


You will have significant experience with all Coding Specialities with a good balance of accuracy and speed.

Before sending CV, you must meet the following criteria:

+ ACC qualification desirable but NOT mandatory.

+ Must have significant experience of coding background in an NHS Hospital environment.

+ Knowledge of ICD10 and OPCS4 are essential. For this position OPCS4.5 Upgrade Training is
preferred.

+ General all round Coding.

+ Full time position working 37.5 hours per week.

+ References will be checked prior to being put forward to this Trust.

This position is to start in August, the process will be as follows:

Pay bands:

Band 3 will be offered to Coders who have not attained the ACC qualification, but who are working towards the NCCQ exam.

Band 4 will be offered to Coders who have attained the ACC Qualification.
