Specialist niche brand having been established since the early 1990s is looking for experienced HEADHUNTERS to aid their expansion. Recent diversification into the Commerce & Finance market necessitates the need for more experienced recruiters to join a stable team and grow this new division – are you up for the challenge.
This is not database management model and the company doesn’t run from an extensive database so you need to do the full headhunt routine of networking, getting referrals mapping the market and generating candidates. You must have the Mindset and energy to go and find the candidates you need demonstrating the ability, aptitude and desire to headhunt
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. COMMERCE and/or FINANCE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AN EXPERIENCED RECRUITER IN EITHER SECTOR
2. You need to be a motivated professional who is able to sit in front of any level of client with credibility
3. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
4. Good sense of humour and strong personalities are important as you will be joining a lively team
5. Good B2B Skills
TRAINING / PROGRESSION
Excellent opportunities to progress especially with new divisions, great support and guidance from a stable management team as well as formal & informal training
PACKAGE
Basic salary £40K plus lots of incentives + good bens + transparent commission structure.
