My client is a £20m turnover business operating under a strict contractual relationship with a demanding client. You will be the number 1 finance professional and thus take the lead in ensuring the reporting and control environment remains robust.
You will be expected to meet HO requirements in a timely and accurate manner. You will also translate existing KPI’s and MI to ensure more informed decision making, analyse labour utilisation and overheads to enhance resource utilisation, undertake process review and redefinition of several critical operations, instigate cost control initiatives and agree pricing for contract variations with the client following additional service provision.
This is a role for a pragmatic and hands on individual who can identify solutions and put them into practice. You will be tenacious in character and a real team player. Multi-tasking will come naturally. Your background will be in facilities management, contract catering, FMCG or manufacturing.
