Commercial Finance Director

Private equity backed manufacturing business based in Hampshire, Currently experiencing a period of growth due to recent contract wins, are seeking a Commercial Finance Director to be the main point of contact with both internal and external stake holders.
Due to a recent internal structure change my client are seeking an Experience commercial Finance Director to liaise with internal and internal stake holders to aid strategic business decisions.
My client are seeking someone who has experience gained within manufacturing although other sectors will be considered. You will have experience from working within a Private equity backed business and being the main point of contact for all financial decisions.
The successful candidate will also have experience of Terms and Conditions, and commercial contracts negotiations.
Experience of applying financial rigour in accordance with current finance standards and best practice will be a pre requisite. In addition you will be adept at leading and developing a small finance team whilst maintaining a proactive approach . You will also have strong project management skills to ensure the delivery of critical programmes.
Prospective candidates will be ACA/CIMA or ACCA qualified with a strong technical background gained in an Manufacturing business.
