Commercial Finance Manager

This highly dynamic, market leading Property business is recruiting an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager. This is a highly important role and will lead the commercial and financial activities for a sizeable area of the business, whilst working closely with the senior management team.

Reporting into the Divisional Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:

- Business partnering senior stakeholders by providing rigorous push back and challenge in an emotionally intelligent manner to ensure effective delivery

- Delivering crucial decision support to the executive leadership team by providing insightful and commercially astute analysis on business performance

- Leading forecasting and business analytics to drive short, medium and long-term growth

- Continuously driving improvements and efficiencies across the business unit

- Supporting the broader senior management team on ad-hoc projects

You will be a qualified accountant, with significant experience of business partnering multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and fast moving organisation. You will be a hands on, proactive self-starter, with prior experience of driving improvements across a finance function. As this role involves constant interaction with senior non-finance stakeholders across the business you will need the confidence and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate at all levels.
