Commercial Manager - Construction - Kent - £65K+

Rate: £65K to £70K (Permanent) + High End Package, £65,000+
Our client a Kent based Contractor specialising in New Builds, Fit Outs and Refurbs requires an experienced Commercial Manager to work from their Kent Head Office.
You will have had a successful Quantity Surveying career to date where you are currently at Managing Surveyor/ Commercial Manager level and looking for a new challenge.
You will be required to oversee the commercial department and it is very important that you have excellent man management skills and a professional approach to encouraging members of your team, you will report directly into the Commercial Director.
You will ideally have a Quantity Surveying Degree or RICS.
Candidates with Design and Build experience will be especially welcome. You will also have had good exposure to Contract Law and fully understand it, again qualifications in this would be an advantage.
You will understand the commercial department inside out and any experience working for a large main contractor will be of benefit as will client side experience.
Our client is willing to pay a high end package for the right candidate that can add a lot of value to an already successful company. £65,000+
Start date will be roughly 6 weeks.
