The role that has become available is working as a Commercial Manager within the Public Works sector paying a flexible salary for the right candidate. The selected candidate will manage a team ranging from 3-6 people as the business grows and will need to have previous experience of working as a surveyor.. The role will be involved in fit out and refurbishment contracts and the candidate will deal with the budgets and P&L.The position is based in Bexley and you will need to have been within a surveying position previously.
