The client is a consortium of major construction companies tasked with the program management, construction management and construction delivery on a prestigious multi million pound project in London.
The Utilities and Infrastructure program is a major part of this multi million pound project and now requires an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a team of 6 ensuring financial protocol of third party stakeholders such as commercial, risk, and legal elements of the project working to an NEC3 contract.
Experienced of working in a Project Management / Main Contracting environment on major infrastructure projects with a bias towards Utilities, e.g. Gas, Water, Electric and Telecoms would be advantageous.
